Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a return, refund, or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you did not receive them within the maximum estimated shipping time mentioned in your selected shipping offer (not including a maximum of 15 business days for processing time and grace margin)
- you received the wrong item (supporting photos are requested)
- you received an item with manufacturing defects (supporting photos are requested)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*In case you did not receive your order you can submit refund/reshipment requests 15 days after the expiration of the maximum estimated shipping time frame mentioned in your selected shipping offer. In case you received a wrong item or an item with manufacturing defects, you can submit a return, refund, or reshipment request instantly. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
